At the request of the Company, the common shares of Royal Oak Ventures Inc. will be delisted at the market close today, January 2, 2014. 

Per a recent press release issued by the Company, an application is being made in connection with a going private transaction by way of an amalgamation between 2395914 Ontario Inc. and the Corporation, to form an amalgamated company under the same name as the Corporation.
