Banro Corporation has declared a dividend on its Preferred Shares of US $0.56 per Preferred Share payable March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record on March 27, 2014.

The Company hereby notifies its shareholders that it will designate the full amount of such dividend as an “eligible dividend” for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Banro will begin trading ex-dividend on March 25, 2014.
