The warrants are subject to an accelerated expiry if the volume weighted average trading price of the common shares exceed $9.00 for a period of ten (10) consecutive days. The Issuer will announce by news release and provide written notice to warrant holders of its decision to exercise the acceleration right. Please see the warrant indenture for full details.
