NEMI commenced operations as a specialized merchant bank whose principal activity is the development of its asset and equity portfolio. Although NEMI retains the flexibility to make any investments which management determines are in its best interests, management expects that initially NEMI's primary target investments will be in shares of small-cap and micro-cap public companies which NEMI's management believes are undervalued.
