Target Capital Inc.- Rights

Target Capital Inc. has announced a Rights Offering to holders of its common shares in Canada at the close of business on the record date of May 29, 2018, on the basis of one right for each common share held. Four (4) rights will entitle the holder to subscribe for one common shares of the Company upon payment of the subscription price of $0.06 per Common shares.

The common shares will trade on an ex-rights basis and the rights will begin trading on May 28, 2018  under the symbol TCI.RT. The rights will expire at 5:00 pm (Toronto Time) on June 22, 2018.

Trading in the rights will be halted at noon on June 22, 2018.
