Five Nines Ventures Ltd. (“Five Nines”) is a Canadian-based public company, focused on exploring for and developing Rare Earth Element ("REE”) and Uranium ("U”) bearing mineral properties of economic merit. To establish itself as a competitor in the race for developing Canadian-based REE properties, Five Nines acquired the Serpent River Property (the “Property” or the “Serpent River”) in the Elliott Lake area of Ontario in November 2010.
