MGX Minerals Inc. May 2019 Warrants issued pursuant to the warrant indenture Dated as of May 12, 2017 will expire on May 12, 2019.

All trades on May 9 and May 10 will be for settlement on May 10.

Trading will be halted at noon on May 10, 2019 and the warrants will be delisted at market close.

The MGX Minerals Inc. Share Purchase Warrants (the "Warrants") issued pursuant to the MGX Minerals Inc. Special Warrant Offering have been approved for listing.

Each Warrant shall entitle the holder, upon exercise prior expiry, to acquire one (1) common share for $1.15 until the Expiry Date.
