The common shares of Trichome Financial Corp. (“Trichome”) will be delisted at the market close today March 18, 2021.
Further to the press release disseminated by IM Cannabis Corp. (the "Company" or "IMC"), the closing of its acquisition of Trichome Financial Corp., previously announced on December 30, 2020 (the "Transaction") has been completed. The Transaction was completed pursuant a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).

Les actions ordinaires de Trichome Financial Corp. («Trichome») seront radiées à la clôture du marché aujourd'hui le 18 mars 2021.
Suite au communiqué de presse diffusé par IM Cannabis Corp. (la «Société» ou «IMC»), la clôture de son acquisition de Trichome Financial Corp., précédemment annoncée le 30 décembre 2020 (la «Transaction») a été réalisée. L'opération a été réalisée conformément à un plan d'arrangement en vertu de la Loi sur les sociétés par actions (Ontario).
