Updates to CSE's Listing Policies were made effective on April 3rd, 2023 and we are pleased to be hosting a virtual session for professional service providers to answer any questions about these amendments.

If you are a lawyer, CPA, or advisor to companies going public then we encourage you to join us on September 13, 2023, at 11:00 AM EST for updates on recent amendments to our listing policies, followed by a Q&A session with the CSE’s Mark Faulkner, Senior VP of Listings & Regulation, and Rob Cook, Senior VP of Market Development.

The session will provide a summary of the updated CSE Listing Policies, including details on:

• The creation of a tier for non-venture issuers (NV issuers);
• Amended requirements for distributions;
• Revised and alternate listing requirements for mineral exploration companies; and,
• Changes to the CSE Form 2A Listing Statement.
