Agra Ventures Ltd. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every one hundred and fifty (150) pre-consolidation common shares.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 12,986,374 common shares.

The name and symbol will not change.

PUF Ventures Inc. has announced and name change to AgraFlora Organics International Inc. and a five (5) for one (1) stock split of its issued and outstanding common shares. Each shareholder of record as of the close of business on the record date will receive five additional shares for each share held on such date.

The shares will begin trading on a split basis (ex-distribution) on November 16, 2018.

Upon completion of the split, there will be approximately 340,671,315 shares issued and outstanding.

Conformément à l'arrangement, les actionnaires de PUF Ventures au 4 octobre 2017, la date de clôture des registres pour l'assemblée générale annuelle tenue le 24 novembre 2017, recevront une action ordinaire de MTEC pour chaque tranche de sept (7) actions ordinaires qu'ils détiennent actuellement dans PUF Ventures.
