Crop Infrastructure Corp. has announced a name and symbol change to Vert Infrastructure Ltd. (VVV) and a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of fifteen (15) pre-consolidation shares for every one (1) post-consolidation common share.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 11,446,090.

The shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol on a consolidated basis with a new CUSIP number on January 16, 2020.

Aucune fraction d'action ne sera émise. Toute fraction d'une action sera arrondie au nombre entier le plus proche.

Par conséquent, les actions en circulation de la société seront réduites à environ 1 292 948.
